Doral S. was recently a patient at your center where she received care from April 11 to April 21. The plan was for her to rehab and return to her home, but despite a valiant effort on the part of your staff, he had a higher calling.

Her family wishes to express how grateful we are for the care your staff extended to her and to all of us. We can see why you achieved a Five Star rating-excellence was obvious in every area of this facility. Our first observation was one of an immaculately maintained environment. The staff was impressive in the thoughtful attentive manner they extended care. They are forever in our gratitude. Our difficult time to have to give her up was softened knowing she was receiving the best of dignified care while we were thoughtfully kindly care for as well.

As Doral chose Delta for her own mother’s care 33 years ago, we seem to have established a family trend with our matriarchs.
