Located in the heart of Visalia’s downtown community, and just minutes away from Kaweah Delta Medical Center, Delta Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been selected by patients for its ideal location and unsurpassed level of care. Our goal is to get our patients home as soon as practical and possible. Delta was Visalia’s first 5-star rated center. Five stars are the highest ranking from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Skilled Nursing Facilities that receive a five-star rating are considered to have above-average quality compared to others.
Delta is a boutique facility with only 44 patients. We provide the perfect environment for our patients to recover their strength and regain their independence. Delta’s separate rehabilitation therapy gym is second to none with the largest therapy area in a skilled nursing facility. Our licensed professional therapists use advanced healing techniques and equipment to speed recovery and healing.
